About the journal Geografares
The journal’s research field attains itself to Geography and related fields of knowledge which dialogues with it. We aim at publishing original papers derived from the various domains within Geography.
The main geographical coverage area of the journal’s papers are Brazil and Latin America, although we also publish papers about other territories. Our main language is Portuguese, but we accept papers written in Spanish and French as well.
Geografares publishes two issues per year.
Proposals must fit one of our four main sections inside the journal: papers, interviews, research notes, and translations.
