The Journal
Études britanniques contemporaines is the journal of the SEAC (French society of contemporary British studies). This bi-yearly journal was created in 1990. On top of the two annual numbers, it publishes special issues (in association with the SEW, the French Society of Woolfian studies, in most cases). EBC addresses aspects of the literature, art and culture of the British Isles, from the beginning of the twentieth century to the present. It welcomes a variety of critical and theoretical approaches.
