Filigrane. Musique, Sons, Esthétique, Société
Founded in 2005, Filigrane is a musicology journal dedicated to the critical exploration of music, sound art, and artistic creation. The annual journal is a space for interdisciplinary dialog, publishing research articles, critical commentary, interviews, and artists’ texts. Filigrane bridges the gap between musicology and sound studies and also touches on advances in other fields such as philosophy, anthropology, history, and ecology. It is published by an organization also called Filigrane. Articles appear in English and French. Filigrane is joining OpenEdition Journals with open access to 28 issues.
